The RemoteHome was developed with Smart Studio Interactive Institute and Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design as part of the UserMode event at Tate Modern in London 2001.
It was then simultaneously on show at the Science Museum in London and the Raumlabor in Berlin.
The first Remote Home was shown by Tobi Schneidler and Adam Somlai-Fischer in Seattle.
